Returns

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • To initiate a return, contact us at support@trendzifyspot.com with your order number and reason.
  • Returns are only accepted for products that are defective or damaged. To initiate a return, please provide a clear video (preferred) or image capturing the issue during the unboxing process.

Non-Returnable Items

  1. Gift cards
  2. Downloadable or personalized items
  3. Customized items like Printable T-shirts, Printable Mugs etc.
  4. Clearance or final-sale products

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped from our end.

Exchanges

There is no exchange policy. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Kindly make a video of the product while you open the box. Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item with a short video of defective or damaged product.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, please:

  • Check your bank account.
  • Contact your credit card company.
  • Reach out to your bank.
  • If still unresolved, contact us directly.

Shipping Returns
To return your product, please mail it to the address we provide upon request. Customers are responsible for paying return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
