The truth is that I was quite disappointed, I expected it to be pure glucomannan, the one that helps you lose weight as it induces satiety. But it's not... it should look white and after 2 minutes become like a 'jelly' and that's not the case... It seems more like a regular fiber that doesn't absorb any water. I bought quite a few trusting that they would serve my goals, but nothing to see.
